Our institute follows a structured and transparent placement process to ensure every student is industry-ready and successfully placed in reputed organizations.

Registration for Placement

Students register for the placement drive after completing a significant portion of their training program and submit their updated resumes and career preferences.

Pre-Placement Training

Before attending interviews, students undergo grooming and readiness sessions including resume building & LinkedIn optimization, Interview preparation (HR + Technical), Communication and Soft skills training , and aptitude and reasoning sessions.

Mock Interviews & Assessments

Our placement team conducts mock interviews, technical tests, and HR simulations to help students identify strengths and areas of improvement.

Company Tie-ups & Job Opportunities

We have collaborations with multiple companies across industries. Job openings are regularly shared with eligible students as per their skillset and interests.

Shortlisting & Interview Rounds

Companies shortlist candidates based on resumes, skill tests, or assignments. Selected candidates proceed to interview rounds (online/offline) conducted by our hiring partners.

Selection & Offer Letter

Once selected, the student receives an official offer letter from the hiring company. The institute assists in documentation and joining formalities.

Post-Placement Support

Our commitment doesn’t end at selection. We continue to guide students during their initial employment phase to ensure a smooth transition into the corporate world.
